Return/Exchange Policy

 

ALL CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL.

Because each item is custom made and made to order, we do not accept returns. exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all details carefully before placing order, including sizing, colors, artwork and personalization. 

If your order arrives damaged or contains a production error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details. We'll gladly review the issue and work toward a solution.

Our goals is to ensure every custom piece meets our quality standards and your expectations.

7 Day Return Policy (Non Customer Items)

We accept returns on non-custom clothing within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

-The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

-Proof of purchase is required

-Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at ManiacClothingLLC@gmail.com

Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions for shipping the item back. Please note:

-Customer are responsible for return shipping cost.

-We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made, bathing suits undergarments, sale or discounted items.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once item is inspected and approved.

Gift cards

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
